I know that, as dancers, you have been ‘pushed’ and striven for perfection all of your lives and that you are some of the hardest working artists on the planet. I also know that I can push you to get that extension, to get the best line and to strive for the details that, together, we know will make the images special. I don’t give up.
The process is really quite simple. You come with an open mind and a 'can do' attitude and I do likewise. Between us, we make stuff happen. There is no mystique. Just be awesome and I'll match you.
What you get is the experience that I have gained from years of photographing world-class ballet performances and working with world-class professional dancers. Your photo-shoot is all about creating a unique set of images for you.
There is no ‘magic’ lighting set up or one size fits all approach. Every dancer has their own unique qualities and my job is to work with you, using my experience and expertise, to create the best possible images. There’s more to it than that but I won't give it all away here…suffice to say that usually, dancers leave our shoots on a high!
